Inspired by the Los Angeles style Italian institutions like Mozza and Gjusta, we set out to create a restaurant that merged authentic Italian flavours and ingredients, an LA fresh vibe and a bit of East London edge. From that vision Passo was born. Opening in November 2017, our first Passo site will be in the heart of East London at the new White Collar Factory development off the infamous Old Street Roundabout.

The menu consists of handmade pasta, wood fired pizza, generous salads, as well as sustainably sourced grilled meats and fish. Central to the Passo ethos is using the best possible British and Italian produce with little fuss to create vibrant and simple dishes. Top sommelier Zeren Wilson will be compiling a carefully considered wine list that will complement the food. This is all set in a rustic and bright setting with live DJs coming in during the evenings to create a buzz and an atmosphere that will set us apart.
